Working with Dominick was such a delight! After sharing some of our favorite flavor ideas, Dominick put together a few cake/filling/icing options; we were then able to design the cake just to our liking. I appreciate the ease in accommodating the requests we had (gluten free, coconut sugar) ~ in fact when Dominick realized that using coconut sugar changes the color of the frosting he immediately shared photos with me in case I wanted to change it. We kept it, as the color was lovely. We would have a wedding every weekend and still choose exactly this cake!
