Sweetness is intentional—balanced, nuanced, and designed around you. Each cake begins with where your preferences meet the rhythm of the season. From there, I design your very own custom flavor menu, showcasing the range of possibilities. Flavors are always layered in a way that unfolds slowly and never overwhelms the palate. What we create isn’t just a flavor combination, but an experience that feels personal, memorable, and distinctly yours.

Sizing
Lady Jasmine offers a range of cake sizes to suit the scale and spirit of your celebration—from smaller display cakes designed for an intimate cutting moment, to grand, multi-tiered centerpieces, to expansive sheet cakes that serve the entire gathering with ease. Each format is approached with the same level of intention and artistry, whether it’s a single, sculptural cake or a full-scale presentation designed to anchor the room.
Uniquely Plant-Based
Working at Little Saint in Healdsburg changed how I approach baking. It showed me that plant-based ingredients aren’t limiting—they’re expansive. They allow for a different kind of creativity, one that leans into fruits, botanicals, and natural flavors in a deeper way. All of my cake menus are plant-based by default—not as a restriction, but as an invitation. Most people don’t even realize it. They just know it tastes incredible.
