“We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake from Dominick and Lady Jasmine Cakes. We had our wedding reception at Little Saint where Dominick works in management and we were thrilled he was able to coordinate everything related to the cake. From our first brainstorming session, Dominick was incredibly professional and attentive. He asked thoughtful questions during our introductory call and brought an impressive range of options to our cake tasting (including at least 4 different buttercreams!), allowing us to refine our vision. Not only did he present these amazing choices and answered all our questions, but he also boxed up all of the leftovers for us to share with our families.
The two-tiered cake Dominick crafted was nothing short of a masterpiece. With his guidance, we chose two flavors for our tiered cake: a Brown Sugar Banana cake with pistachio custard, whipped white chocolate ganache, and vanilla bean buttercream, and a Chocolate cake with black sesame ganache, seasonal blackberry preserves, and the same vanilla buttercream. Dominick's remarkable skill and creativity came through with each layer, and the fact that even the preserves were made in-house reflects his dedication to quality.
Our cake was so beautifully crafted that we wanted to have it on display for our guests during the evening, which Dominick was also able to coordinate. It was an absolute hit with our guests, and our only regret is not ordering more. Honestly, everything about the cake surpassed our expectations in both taste and presentation.
We're grateful to have worked with Dominick; his artistry added an extremely special touch to our celebration. We highly recommend Lady Jasmine Cakes to anyone looking for a cake that is both stunning and delicious!”

“I loved working with Lady Jasmine for my wedding and highly recommend this small business!
A few people in my immediate family have food sensitivities, including myself, and I was struggling to know where to look in terms of wedding cakes.
I met Dominick at an event and tried a piece of the cake he brought, and was so impressed by his gluten-free cake that I asked him to bake my wedding cake on the spot! He was so happy to help me narrow down creative ideas and still stay true to my dream. As a fellow creative person, it was fun to find a happy medium between what inspired me and what ideas he had, and it turned out fabulous.
My husband and I decided on a passionfruit-curd vanilla almond cake in a beautiful dome shape, covered with fresh flowers. He was able to incorporate some flowers from my mother’s garden (and wedding venue) along with purchased ones to match the color scheme.
The cake was so beautiful that my jaw dropped when I saw it in person for the first time. The cake ended up being more than enough for the whole wedding party and almost everyone had a slice or even two. It was fun to hear my husband tell everyone that it was gluten-free, and then hear their shocked disbelief at how good it was. It was so delicious that people still tell me that they think about the cake, months later.
We even had our cake appear in an online article from Brides.com on ‘Dome Cakes’. How cool is that?”

“Dominick/Lady Jasmine made the most beautiful cake we could have ever asked for. The things that Dominick can do with florals!!! Absolutely jaw dropping.
My husband is not vegan but when he got to taste Dominick’s work, he was ready to commit to having a vegan cake. Our tasting was very personalized and unique and we were able to build our own flavors based on what we liked. We seriously enjoyed every flavor and it was incredibly hard to decide our favorites.
We never officially mentioned that our cake was plant based at our wedding and people kept coming up to us complimenting how delicious the cake was.
